Refund Policy

If you have a defective or flawed stamp, call, text, or email Nic Magnuson and we will resolve the issue right away.

If your stamp has a physical defect (rubber or foam issue), we will send you a new stamp the next business day.

We will cover shipping costs on defective stamps.

If there is a spelling or size issue, it can take up to 30 days to ship.

We cannot accept a refund or exchange for the following -

  • There is a spelling mistake made by the customer.

  • The stamp is the size requested, but the customer wants it larger or smaller.
